Pretty Girls Who Serve · Sisterhood culture training
Welcometothesisterhood.
Every chapter opens the same way, says the same words and calls each other the same names, so a sister feels at home anywhere she walks in. Here is all of it: who we are, what we call each other, our symbols and traditions, and the words we say together.
Pretty Girls Who Serve is a Christ-centered women's ministry and sisterhood, not a sorority or a secret society. Nothing we do is secret: every tradition can be explained to anyone who asks, and family and friends are welcome. And none of it saves anyone or earns God's love. Only Jesus does that. Our traditions celebrate a yes she has already said to Him.

The Pretty Creed
Before the world could name me, God called me His own.
I am a pretty sister — not for my face, but for my faith. Pretty: Prepared, Rooted, Empowered, Treasured, Transformed, Yielded.
I am a Proverbs 31 woman. I am worth far more than rubies — not for what I hold, but because of Who holds me.
Like Esther, I was prepared for such a time as this. Like oil of myrrh, I am refined and filled, and I will be poured out in service.
I will see her. I will encourage, restore, value, and extend His love into action. I will serve like Him.
I am a pretty, Proverbs 31 woman. Prepared. Blessed. Poured out. Rooted in purpose, sent in love — for such a time as this.
Amen.
Welcome response: “Welcome, pretty sister. You are officially a P31 member of Pretty Girls Who Serve.”
The Pretty Commitment
I commit to see my sisters, and to walk beside them.
I commit to stay rooted in Christ and in His Word.
I commit to find my worth in Him, not in the world.
I commit to pour out what He pours in — in service, in love.
I commit to live as a pretty, Proverbs 31 woman,
for such a time as this.
The Call to Order

Leader: Who are you?
Sisters: I am a pretty, Proverbs 31 woman — worth far more than rubies.
